I’m all about this and this is overall great advice. But any sport that a person is passionate about makes that a high value sport. Soccer, volleyball, running, etc. I am an avid skiier and enjoy golf and tennis, but when you say these are “high value” sports I think this confuses high value with being exclusively expensive or socially exclusive. High value women go towards their passion. It could be Brazilian jiu jitsu and as long as it’s her passion, that contributes to her being a high value woman. Only listing sports that are traditionally financially and socially exclusive really misses the mark on what it means to be high value.

Avoid horse girls. They have money problems and are usually crazy

Well, I can't understand any of the energy stuff, but I dance (just jumping to music on my living room, I need to restart that one), oil painting, I am learning the organ, I also read, cook (not fancy, just tasty). I need to go back to volleybal. I would love to learn horseback just because I love horses. Plus I am in med school and I'm learning latin (not truly in demand, but fun).

What a backwards way of thinking. Ladies, do whatever you want and makes you happy. You can have hobbies like wood working, building, programming, mechanics and video games or other typical "man" hobbies if you want

Woman is not a proprty to call her high value. I find this term pretty misogynistic. You want to feel interesting and respected, swap social media for books. Reading more on personal development, psychology, science, philosophy, history will provide plenty of topics for conversations and help you to be well spoken.

Creative: drawing
Culinarily: baking (trying new recipes every week)
Cultural: learning spanish and turkish, reading (fiction, history, philosophy and religion)

I’m passionate about making music through playing instruments like guitar, piano, singing, composing, and writing lyrics :> My main thing tho is definitely drawing. I also make jewelry and have a business! I kinda fell out of playing tennis and I’m trying to get back into it but I reallly need more active hobbies. Something that has helped me stay active is doing photography because it urges me to go out, walk around, and see the world. I think growing up ugly helped me hone and focus on skills like these.

I'm also thinking about flower arranging cours this year :D also I love going to gym, playing tennis, going for walk, I also intrested in wine and whisky, and pairing it with food, I love cooking and baking. Im into personal finances nad investemnt. I didn't know that I have so many high value woman hobbies :D

Love this!! My 3 for the rest of Q1 are:

Creative: cross-stitching (loved it as a kid!)
Physical: PVOLVE classes (2x/week) + my friends dance class at least 2x/month
Intellectual: taking an online Yale course - Psychology 101 (I’m very fascinated by the brain right now)

I think I’ll try a new set each quarter to keep it interesting and give me time to fully dive into each set.

I prolly have so many hobbies that I find adding people in my life more exhausting. Lol

This is like, so pathetic. Hobbies should be personal things that you enjoy doing, not to seek approval and be a "high value" person

Now in this economy is hard to do all of that when everything is going up prices and you are a single mom working to jobs to make ends meet.

My hobbies:
Exercise: Biking and dancing
Creative: Sewing and interior designing
Sport: swimming and biking. Biking can still be high value - my bike is over $2000, and I got that bike because I do it all the time and I want good performance.
Culinary: baking ( I’m an ok cook, but I’m an amazing baker)
Cultural: art history, world history, and language learning
