DMV told me one time I couldn't sign my name a certain way. And I looked at them across the counter, and I said what are you the signature police? And then I said are you practicing law from the counter at DMV? And they didn't say another f**** word. And I signed the way I wanted to sign

So if I understand this right if you sign the documentation at the DMV that states that you will have insurance and put VIOD at or near your signature it will void that document in the courts regarding insurance being needed since they would attempt to use that document against you if you are stopped and do not have insurance? What about signing the documentation regarding the "registration" as well if you sign it with VOID near your signature? Does that VOID the registration?

question....I had court yesterday and I claimed my sui juris and all that but I stated without prejudice and the judge rescheduled my case for Oct 4th 2024. I stated when the bailiff wanted me to sign the paper stating I would show up or a warrant may be issued for my arrest or something like that. I stated to the bailiff that ONLY under threat, duress, stress of being dragged to a cage or worse if I don't sign and show up so I'm letting on record the court know that as the bene. I will show up as a special appearance because if I don't I will have all these things happen to me and thats the only reason I am coming to a pegin worship house, THE ONLY REASON! I made that quite clear as I was signing the paper with my bene signature without prejudice. I'm not sure if that signature was the right one or if I should have put without recourse beings they still have to prove jurisdiction over me.

They only allow for your signature...the electronic pad is programmed to recognize first middle last only...this is how they are avoiding you signing properly...
