One of the FEW solid state amps I can stand. I use it regularly for practice as the headphone out is way more true than any other amp on the market. Good on you Boss! Just my 2 cents worth. Peace.

hi ive just purchased a katana mk11 50 EX i was told on the phone that i can add external loop and wah pedals but i think the guy has got it wrong only on the 100 is that right ?????

Its never going to sound like a marshall, iv had a few katanas , couldnt do with the hidden controlls behind the amp in a recess !! And every make of guitar you plug into it sounds exactly the same ,
