You are American, you aren't welcome in any place in this region, not just in Egypt
- this is for you from a Tunisian here speaks with you from Tunisia here
Don't travel to this region if you are American
My suggestion is to work with a local tour company! I just got back from a trip with Soul of Egypt. They provided accommodations, transportation to sites, a guide, an Egyptologist, and a security detail! Beautiful experience! Toilet tip provides $ for faamilies to live on and is equivalent to 50cents! Please do not gamble with brushing teeth with tap water!! Most have an intense reaction!
ОтветитьHeadache could be from the air pollution. I am scouring blogs for more info on this. The air pollution in Cairo and Aswan is reported to be extremely high and often in dangerous levels, but rarely someone mentions it. That is very odd. Egypt is on my bucket list since high school and I simply must go, but the air pollution freaks me out.
ОтветитьGoing to Egypt in 2025 but thinking bout renting a car to get around is this good ideal
ОтветитьIt’s a salespeople nation, suitable for call center job. Hear that American companies looking for cheap outsourcing options 😉? ?
ОтветитьGreeaat video! thank you for great tips!
ОтветитьHere some honest and valuable advice: don’t visit Egypt
ОтветитьNot sure if you visited Morocco 🇲🇦 before. Try it you’ll be amazed: diversified nature. Food culture modern life you name it
ОтветитьEeeeeewwwwwwwww
ОтветитьI would love to visit there once I’m in my mid 20s. I want to see what I’ll need to prepare myself for before I travel over there
ОтветитьI would never pay to use the bathroom. I would P on the street.
ОтветитьYou say that newer eSIM-only iPhones don't work in Egypt because they don't support eSIMs. Then you say that you used Airalo to buy data, but Airalo uses eSIMs too (when I traveled to Italy, I purchased data through Airalo which installed as an eSIM on my iPhone). My wife and I both own newer iPhones that don't have physical SIM card slots. And we are both on an unlimited international plan. Will we not be able to use our phones in Egypt?
ОтветитьWhy would I want to go to Egypt ? True there are interesting historical things to see but all the hassles with scams and people trying to take advantage of you, etc. makes it not worth your while !Same thing with Turkey where everything costs an arm and a leg and the shirt off your back !
ОтветитьIt's not hassling, they are asking. Just bother to learn some Arabic and say "no, thank you". They will leave you alone.
ОтветитьThis was such an informative and helpful video! Really enjoyed all the information you provided, much appreciated :)
ОтветитьAs an Egyptian citizen, I must say that I strongly dislike many aspects of life in Egypt. I wouldn't recommend visiting certain sights, like the pyramids, if you're looking for a high-quality experience. For a better experience, you might consider going to El Sahel El Shamaly (Marsa Matrouh). This area caters to wealthier visitors and offers beautiful beaches, luxurious amenities, and impressive buildings. The waters there are some of the best you'll ever see.
On the other hand, many places in Egypt can be disappointing. Dirty bathrooms, poor food quality that can make you ill, and aggressive salesmen are common issues. Despite these problems, I want to emphasize that the people of Egypt are among the best you'll ever meet. We warmly welcome everyone to our country.
something about this part of the world...morocco also had endless hassling and annoying sales people everywhere i went for 3 weeks there...these people need to change their culture asap or no one will visit
Ответитьthanks man!
ОтветитьAll you need to know is don`t travel there.
ОтветитьJust bring your brain, if any, instead of your stupid smartphone, and everything will be ok...
Ответитьactually in egypt you must know that you Will be scampi all thé times shop taxis excursion restaurant it s part of the culture
ОтветитьMy friend brushed her teeth with tap water and ate anything. She was sick for a week. I used mineral water for everything and I didn’t get sick
ОтветитьI just came back from Egypt and hated the people. Scamming. Lying. Begging for tips if you happen to look at them. Filthy bathrooms. Loud all day! I was happy to leave as well
ОтветитьWould a cruise down the nile be easy to see sights? All inclusive resorts are also recommended?
ОтветитьGreat post !
ОтветитьSome YT posters say that you can use google for phone service worldwide./ Have you tried this?
