Present price for 1 bedroom at this condo is THB 25 000/mo ($ 715) with1 year contract or 30 000 THB for 1 month stay. All this videos about $320/mo for 1 bedroom there are are misinformation. Should be updated or deleted.

You will always have the pool to yourself because the ladies do not like to darken their skin (only poor ppl have dark skin in SE Asia).

Check out the Copa Cabana in Jompien. Place is unbelievable and the prices are ridiculous for everything you get.

If I were single I would probably stay in Thailand for six months a year.. I am retired and have a moderately comfortable income.I am happily married and enjoying life, so quite fortunate.
Thailand is a great place for a holiday.

I would probably choose Changmai or a less sleazy place than Pattaya. I found the main beach water unclean and Jomptien beach more so, plastic bags wrapping around your legs. Also I become bored and lonely, young girls don’t desire old men, nor should they. I find it depressing seeing overweight old guys with a young girl hanging on their arm, usually Russian guys who treat the girls with no respect.
So I guess what I am saying, it is all so unproductive and after a short time, I would imagine,boring. One needs a purpose in life, even old people. We are all different . What happens when you become debilitated and even bed ridden?

Good value for a nice apartment and close to beach, what about the sea, they say that pattaya is polluted, is there any night life where you are life red light district, massages, beach bars etc
