Did the electric pen really fail or did it just get turned into a tattoo gun 😅
ОтветитьImitation Paris: This was used as a part of the whole "Ghost Army" initiative in WW2' A fake Cairo, in lights only, protected the real Cairo from nighttime Axis air raids. Other parts included inflatable tanks, trucks, planes, and buildings in the north of England for a large imaginary military outpost, sound trucks and lights in the Bulge, and a fake Gen. George Patton being spotted in the South of England. There was even a dead man recruited to carry counterfeit intelligence to mislead the Germans as to the location of a big invasion (Operation Mincemeat).
ОтветитьThomas Jefferso. Said beer is proof that there is God
ОтветитьIf pirates really kept parrots, they go for shiny things, including eyes. Patches may have also served to protect the eye if the parrot was on the shoulder.
ОтветитьLove your videos
ОтветитьUrine, preferably stale, was used in Ancient Rome as a mordant, not to clean the fabric. It was used to set the dyes
ОтветитьMaskelyne also made the Suez Canal disappear.
ОтветитьI pay for no adds so to sneak them in Ur videos is just not on.
ОтветитьZero was invented by Aryabhatta

Ответить25- has anyone ever noticed women’s track and field at the Olympics? Better yet, gymnastics?!!! I’m going to leave that one right here…✌️
23- the smell of ammonia is as offensive as💩. BUT it is an awesome disinfectant…
Ok. Cool. I was between 20 n 19 when you, fellow Mike was wearing the blue with bluer Tiger stripes t-shirt. I instantly thought you were repeating facts (which 👁️🫶 BTW) from old videos. I gave it a chance and realized it was just an ad. 👃👈 my bad dawg. Back to #19…
15-though it failed as a competitor to the typewriter, it won as well bc it became the one and only tattoo machine. Which is where it shined. You can’t go 2 hours outside of your home without seeing a tattoo. No matter if it’s from a professional machine or a Stompers (‘80s toy) little AA powered motor taped to a gutted ink pen, the electronic pen in the long run whooped the typewriters a$$. Who TF uses a typewriter anymore. I’m mean really. You can’t even give away a flip phone nowadays. Edison’s pen was only a failure bc he didn’t realize where it would become more popular. Tattoos were not very popular bc then BUT tattoos were applied by Edison’s pen. Look at the size of the tattoo industry as whole…
B.C.
ОтветитьCivil war field surgeons used urine to sterilize wounds also
ОтветитьYou have the eyepatch part backwards, It was used so on daylight raids the pirate could go below deck in the dark and still see.
ОтветитьSTOP with the BCE crap
ОтветитьWhy did pirates wear ONE eyepatch? "Cause it's damn hard to see with two! Fake Paris: This was used for Cairo, too--but only at night, using lights. WW2. Ghost Army: George S. Patton and several body doubles were used in England to hide certain generals to mislead the Axis as to where the troops were for the invasion. Volcano: When Krakatoa blew, the sound went around the world four times.
ОтветитьI have a 1/2 cent stamp
Ответитьjust as stupid
ОтветитьClose. The reason for a pirates eye patch is they would switch the patch to the other eye so it would adjust to the light change quicker. One eye for outside one for inside
ОтветитьI knew all these facts bar three lol. A well read person on the spectrum knows historical facts to annoy ppl with 😅
ОтветитьA bakery on Pudding Lane is the most British thing I have ever heard.

Ответитьand ''my heritage'' are working off erroneous census data from ''Burke's peerage''. a single even such as re-marriage throws their entire data out by miles. I've spoken to numerous people over the years who are listed as spouse to their parent, or daughter to their own son, or listed as their own father with an uncle bearing a totally different name who in reality, is their step-dad. etc...etc .... etc,
ОтветитьCetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) is a cationic quaternary ammonium compound used in some types of mouthwashes, toothpastes, lozenges, throat sprays, breath sprays, and nasal sprays.

ОтветитьHappy New Year Mike. 🎉
ОтветитьYeah your joke was funnier just a little bit
ОтветитьMike lost considerable girth in the past 5 years------I wish I could.
ОтветитьSo his only actual invention failed, yeah , screw that rip-off artist . . .
ОтветитьI think your pirate joke was funnier than the Samarian one, however, I also love puns and wordplay. So, I might perhaps be in the minority.
Ответить¿Because wearing two eye patches is hard...?
ОтветитьHi Mike, Edison's electric pen went on to be used to create the mimeograph machine, also, in the 1890s, somebody used this idea to create the first tattoo pens.
ОтветитьHow bad would your breath have to use pee to cover it up
ОтветитьWas that 21? Or 24?
ОтветитьMy husband heard your intro and told me all about the ghost army. That was later formed into psy-ops in the Army. That one is pretty interesting.
