I love banana pancakes.
Heres my healthy 2 ingredient banana pancake recipe:
1 LRG banana mashed (i like to microwave frozen banana for 45 secs)
2 Eggs
1/2 cup of flour measure until thick enough to make pancakes (i use almond or whole wheat but you dont need a lot)
Optional:
I always add cinnamom& vanilla estract
And if your really creative P2B peanut butter powder, and if you want chocochips or blueberries.
For extta protiene 3 TABLESPOONS of (vanilla or chocolate/peanutbutter) protiene powder (cook on meduim low if you add this especially without flour it can burn if you arent careful - I have skipped flour and added all protiene powder instead of flour but if you dont add flour you have to cook on very low and pay attention to not burn the consistancy hard to work with)
For a minute i was thinking u was trolling and put mayonnaise on their plate, i had to rewatch to read like a grownup 😂😂😂
