I think this company is ignoring Tesla a far cheaper seriously nice all electric car, with half the driving range with still an extremely fast top speed of 0-100km/h in 2.9 seconds. so really if you consider the looks, performance and price the Tesla wins easily. It is still nice to see some competition tech wise.

not to mention this is still a concept car,Tesla are far a head in this regard.

There a concept cars for different purposes. Some are functional to test powertrains and runnign gear. Some are design studies. Relax. Also, I think it's only called the Concept_One. I'm not sure this is actually a concept car.

Gearbox? With 1,600 N·m (1,200 lbf·ft) of torque? What would be the purpose? As you can see, as it is, it has to limit torque otherwise you have wheels spinning on empty.

Actually if you look at the video from 2:17, the problem seems to be more about the height of the person. The roof is too low.

This is not a competition to Tesla vehicles. According to specifications, this is a supercar compared to any Tesla model. Tesla is more in the in the following range: Audi A4, BMW 3-series, Mercedes-Benz C ...

Coat waaaaay too much. Tesla has really set the bar pretty high. Even the new Tesla Model S in development with AWD is putting down great performance numbers and the roadster started off with good performance specs. They only go for a little over $100K so why would anybody spend $1M for this.

Electric super car? They project 600 km per charge, OK but, I wonder how long the battery would last if someone drives it like a super car...

Its nice car but: who want the Rimac One have to pay 850.000$ more than Tesla Model S who cost 150.000 with ludicrus mode. The acceleration its the same 2.8sec at 100km/h.Autonomy may be Tesla litel bit more , batery life the same they use Li-ion technology baterry, recharge time i think the same but not sure.
Soo for paying that amount of money for better interior (lether carbon nanofiber vectorial drive) resuming for more confort and cool desing(with cost of 2 seating than 4) you pay 6x more than the same car this its really insane but of course have people who dont se wath to do with money and for litel bit more confort pay that amount.

PD: For me "Tesla Roadster" its not the super-car at high price "Rimac One" its super-car at high price... to fallow the marketing strategy acording to Elon Musk.

Wich car i buy? If i am rich i buy Rimac if i am normal human i get Tesla.
Wath i sugest its to Rimac make car for normal human and Tesla to remake his supercar because Roadster its not real super-car.
Ihave to say until now the supercar was wich one have better acceleration and speed now that its over with electric car. Now will be supercar the car who give more confort,cool design, and high top speed.

This car is no1 in the world.... In all categories... You can't argue that.. Electric, vectoring, design, control, acceleration, environment, 600km one charge, luxury. If go down the price, then it.would be tesla model p90 d with 700hp, but for about price tag of 150 000.
