Reminder‼️ you won’t have skinnier thighs if you just do this exercise and continue eating like 💩.. you cannot spot reduce fat, to get efficient results you have to be in a calorie deficit and work out. Also: not everyone can get a thigh gap, it depends on your genes and how your bones are structured. For example, if you have wider hips you can get it. Narrower hips mean closer legs and no thigh gap even if you are very skinny

Day 1: ✅ this workout isn’t hard but I felt the burn in my inner thigh
(I was busy for the three other days so im gonna redo this whole workout and try again)

Day 2: ✅only a slight burn because of the workout from yesterday but other than that it’s rlly easy!
I was busy for the past couple days so i couldn’t do it

day one: wasn't too bad, some were definitely tricky though
day two: getting better! theres still one exercise that i have to pause on but i am trying to get out of that mentality
day three: woke up sore but it wasn't bad
day four: i felt oddly lazy today and started at 6 instead of 4 pm, but it wasn't bad today! I noticed that the workouts are starting to feel easier and i am doing better on the one i struggled the most on <3
day five: i wasn't able to workout today because i had no where to do it in private 😭😭, but a little side not i've been trying to correct my sleep schedule and diet even though it's been hard
day six: We're back! was pretty good, just messed up on one workout
day seven: today was good had to take a few pauses at some points , but i feel like all of my progress since i missed a day and i
paused a bit more than usual 😢 but we'll get back up there !! tomorrow marks seven days
day eight: Today went well and it has been a full week since i started this work out!! I haven't noticed a drastic change in my thighs, my thighs look like the before picture with the fat at the top. I don't think that part of my thigh has slimmed down as much but i feel like the lower part did if that makes sense? I know it's only been the first week so i will continue to do this workout as i said all summer :)
day nine: today went good, just felt more shaken up then usual because i decided to try out a new workout before doing this one <3
day ten: today went good and i'm lowkey starting to run out of side notes lol
day eleven: i was doing the workout and i've been noticing this for a while but when i do the workouts now i'm starting to feel more burning then when i used to do them last week? so i'm thinking i've been doing them wrong this whole time and that's why i didn't see a better difference when i hit the seven day mark?
day twelve: I wasn't able to workout today :(
i stopped working out because i didn't have any time to myself to continue and i didn't have privacy, i really wanted to continue working out again so i came back today! i will be more consistent this time and i am starting over in replies !
