Bitchy Resting Face in my experience as a therapist is a trauma from the past that still is there, in your body, in your face. Sometimes it can also be transgenerational trauma. You can work on it with f.e. EMDR, Once the trauma is processed, the Bitchy Resting Face is gone because the trauma left your body and your face. You will feel much better and you will finally have your true face with all the true emotions from the present. All the best to everybody!
