Ответитьimo the best productive tip thing I've learned is to set the mood/motivation before doing a task. I would rather choose quality over quantity of time when it comes to getting things done. To simply force yourself to start in hopes that you'll get a hang of it in a while may be a good idea for self-disciplining yourself, but it sacrifices the quality of the time you have, which would eventually make you do the task longer with not much value added at the same time.
For example, if you force yourself to study, don't just force yourself because you won't focus as much as you can while doing it because you're more preoccupied to "just start" and to "just finish it". Instead, watch productive videos (like this) or do things that would inspire you to study first. With this, you may be able to finish what you've to study faster and to learn more through the lessons because you're actively learning and not passive studying.
great video! I have something similar to the free time cards, which I call the "Leisure List". Basically, if there's something I want to do (ex. watch a video) but can't since I'm focused on an important task, I usually jot them down in a notepad... so it's like a to-do list. So if I have free time, I can check my leisure list to save time picking what I want to do to unwind.
ОтветитьShort and sweet. Loved it. ❤️
