SPEED RAMPING in Premiere Pro CC | Time Remapping Tutorial for Beginners

Hello!!! I'm looking for a shortcut that can extend clips to fill gaps without having to press "R" then clicking and dragging! So i can auto extend a clip to playhead and not have to click and drag all the time! Would that be possible?
