I dont undeestand. When i was 18 i worked at a sonic drive in making 7.25 (i later negociated for an extra quarter an hour and was extatic). I payed my dad $300 a month to live in his garage. On a good month, id make 600-800 and almost all of it would go to rent, gas, and paying my way through college. I graduated without debt though! Im 23 and a homeowner now! Being broke was such a blessing and it taught me how to work hard and earn my way. My husband is a year older than me and makes the same as me. When we met, he was a private in thr army and we both bummed it out renting a room out of his friends house and living in a cheap apartment until we bought our house. The hard times are over now that we both have careers but i wouldnt trafe the hard times. Some of these young people were given too much by their parents so they devalue money.

I was making 65k immidiately after graduating, so 100k a year is in no way unrealistic, but I don't think I would ever date someone who says that's the minimum amount of money I have to make, at least not without being give a very good reason for why that was necessary. The way I see it, there are certain things that I would simply never want to be my selling point, even if you still meet that standard, much the same way that if you're 9/10 or 10/10 apperance wise, most people still wouldn't want that to be the reason that somone's with them. In addition, if your standard for income is unrealistic, it's likely not the only unrealistic standard. I don't think there's inherently anything wrong if someone wants these things, but just be aware of how small a percentage of the population meets these standard, and futhere more, the higher these standards are, the more relevant it becomes to ask what you have to offer in return.

500k on a good day, mf, thats the salary you make from being 50-60 after getting promoted multiple times to a top senior executive level position in a company after working there for 30 years + having a masters degree or a PhD and even then thats impressive for most people, ffs these woman need to realize this isnt realistic, only so many people can be that high in companies, and these woman are expecting this salary at the early 20s to early 30s, its not reasonable, even lawyers some of the most money making jobs out there take a long time to build up wealth, and most of them will never see obscene wealth like that

It’s crazy to realize that young Americans are financially illiterate in a capitalistic economy, where everything is transactional and business. I find it even weirder that financial literacy isn’t taught in schools, especially at a young age.

2-The least amount of languages she can be able to speak is five and they better be fluent and she need to know how to read and write in each one of them also.

So lets put some of this into perspective. Here are the men who don’t qualify. All government employees, all senators, president's, supreme court justices all military men. Probably 50% of non surgeon physicians, 99% of all dentists, 100% of all commercial 747 pilots, all veterinarians, engineers and astronauts. None of those guys are good enough for some of those numb skulls.

Neither the very young nor the old understand money, nor the financial struggles and realities of others. Both the boomers and some 18-24 year old gen Zers don't understand how the real world works. Boomers got to work in the best economy with the highest salaries, highest buying power, and lowest prices/cost of living. And they ignore the current reality for anyone under the age of 45. Most 18-24 year old gen Zers haven't gotten into the real world out of college and trade school yet, and haven't faced the hard financial realities of life and the unfairness of rejection when trying to move up in your career.

My first job out side of my paper route I was making $5.35 an hour at Zipps fast food restaurant.. Now that's old.

The irony is $6.80 an our WAS a livable wage back in the day. The girls are right because now, you need to have a 6 figure household income to be able to afford a home.

As an over 40 year old man i wouldn't spend half of a 100k income on any of these girls. They are in their prime and are already aiming so high above their own level that they'll find nothing but players fucking and dumping them. Let alone in 10 years when their prime is over. It's sad what the illusion of choice through social media and dating apps has done to my (and younger) generations.

Minimum wage was $4.25 when I was a teenager in the 1990's. Didn't get you much but things were much cheaper obviously.
