Regarding workplace practices in the 1930s vis-a-vis Hoover Dam construction, this is the prevailing paradigm. If you want the security of good pay you have to accept lack of physical security in the workplace. Surprise! This paradigm is still in place. Nothing has changed. Look at industrial divers, salvors, urban firefighters, bush pilots, harbor pilots, etc. Look at the guys who just died when the bridge collapsed in Baltimore. We might imagine they thought they were making good money. We might wonder whether they fully understood their peril.

What about the debris from Roswell could it be there or is it at the air force base in Ohio

The reason Area 51 is top secret and no people or photographs are allowed there is because that's where they filmed the "moon landing".. They don't want people to know they've been lied to, obviously.
