ОтветитьI have had hypertension for about 20 yrs. I’m 65 and the last 2 yrs have had shortness of breath especially in the summer and winter. I’ve had tests done 2 yrs ago and was fine. I’ve been drinking lots water to flush everything out. I recently had bronchitis which flared it up again. I’m better now due to taking aspirin and lisinipril hydrochlorathizide 10 and 12.5. I’m trying avoid bad habits. I’m drinking lots water instead of a lot caffeine or alcohol. I feel much better so far.

ОтветитьAt my young age at TWENTY SIX yrs . old, I have already started out using medicines to handle my blood pressure worries. Of all option I have tried, this guide is the one that has shown to work on my blood pressure levels. The medications prescribed to me to have weren`t of used anymore after a calendar month of making use of this guideline. I researched about this guide by Google. This guide is Jason Cυnobroke
Best luck
Your balloon analogy makes it so understandable, thanks!
ОтветитьSuperb.
ОтветитьThis is among the perfect high blood pressure alternative I`ve read , Notovα Shocking Plan (Go ogle it). The guide is created in an simple and much less technical phrases, which makes it very easy to go by. People that have high blood pressure could have this guide that I highly recommend for working with this condition. Before, I have my blood pressure at 120/80, because of this guidebook, I was in a position to decrease it.
ОтветитьThank you. Very well done.
ОтветитьThis young doctor’s presentation is EXCELLENT!
Thank you so much!
Awesome instructor😎
ОтветитьThank you ! This Dr Smith explains so well. What tests would you recommend I ask my doctors? I keep being dismissed. I am having shortness of breath and pain in my chest and my upper left back. Maybe it’s just anxiety but would like to rule out serious diseases. What should I do ? The two doctors I saw keep dismissing which causes me more anxiety. Is CT scan of chest better to rule out both lungs and heart at the same time. I feel like X-ray won’t see much ? What would you recommend and how can I make these doctors order these tests ? So frustrating 🥲🥲🥲
ОтветитьAmazing presentation very informative
ОтветитьThe best teacher .
ОтветитьDr. Smith-
YOU are a fabulous educator! And that compliment comes from a Professor and doctor. I'm certain that your patients receive the best care from you. Respiratory pathophysiology and dyspnea causes anxiety, and your soothing voice paired with excellent teaching skills are sure to calm an anxious patient/family. Well done!
Dr. L. L.

ОтветитьExcellent!!
Ответитьanything that improves NO production, or surfactants in the alveoli has been shown to improve pulmonary hypertension.
When I started taking calcium (with phosphorus mainly) the first effect I noticed I could breathe more deeply and more satisfyingly. I'm reading something about how calcium increases the amount of surfectant in the lungs.
(I stopped the calc supp bec it gave me insane constipation but since I am taking sulfur as DMSO swabs on skin, zero problems with the calcium. Also taking MSM and Taurine now to maximize effect but DMSO was enough)
So I wonder how this very rare disease was even diagnosed in the 90s when it looks like anything else. I mean nobody would have gotten tested and I never even heard about it. Reading a quote from survey paper:
'Interestingly, although PAH was an orphan disease, interest in the scientific community rapidly ensued'. Hm so we have a rare, nonspecific disease for which there was no treatment basically 15 years ago and then 'interest' rapidly ensued'.
What a load: the video here mentions PH its one of the most common causes of shortness of breath. If anything, COPD is which is about 100 times more common according to stats.
From what I gather, water can build around the lungs when there are surfectant problems as the surface tension is too high and alveoli surface area drastically reduced. Calcium ions are essential in the formation of surfectant per my search results.
ОтветитьThank You For This Most Informative Conversation.
You Possibly Have Saved Lives With This Video.
