im a bit confused as to why you have 80% crit rate. did you eat food or something? most of your crit substats are low rolls and a 3 cost echo is missing one as well.

To be fair, you need comparison with 10 stacks for 3 weapon. I can't see it clear if you have 8 stacks to E2 with Red spring, 7 stacks for Changli signature weapon and 4 stacks for the Emeral.
Emeral not is the strongest weapon but it doesn't bad for F2P. You can clearly using Emeral to clear all the end game content at this game.
