• STEPS
o ADDING ALL INGREDIENTS (EXCEPT CHEESE) TO THE MIXER
o WHIP AWAY FOR 30 MINUTES
o ADD MIXED CHEESE
o WHIP AWAY FOR 15 MINUTES
