Honestly people need to start getting on this! It’s most relaxing time. You’re in your home city so no language barriers, no flights, no packing stress, you don’t feel guilty staying in the hotel all day bc you’re not missing anything and you can go when the hotel is cheaper for a free weekend

Tam, about the fit snack I understand you sooo much! Im a gym rat so obviously I prefer to avoid fast foods, sweets etc but in my country (Poland) we have a company "all nutrition" (Im buying it on "sfd" website) where you have tons of snack, salty or sweet - they dont have any sugar in it and pretty much often they are low in calories and ofc they taste amazing. So Id suggest you to search for something like that If you havent yet. Its really a game changing in staying fit but happy, especially that I love sweets 😂
