For underwater breathing if you want to skip the potions and just have something to equip and forget, the Mastercraft Kalu'ak Fishing Pole from the Kalu'ak exalted rep in Northrend is a godsend. Takes a bit to farm the rep if you didn't do it before and you can't use timewalking rep badges nor wear a tabard to get the rep in WotLK dungeons, but the fishing pole is well worth the grind if underwater delves remain a thing going forward. Farm it now and in less than a month, you should have the fishing pole. Save yourself the consumable and get the fishing pole. Once Northrend reps are account wide, you can buy the fishing pole on all of your alts. Only other equipable item in the game with underwater breathing is the Hydrocane from Gnomeregan and that's a very low level weapon. Seriously, the fishing pole is worth the grind. Newer isn't always better.
