Haven't looked at engine conversion for a van in over forty years.
I did like the aussie transit factory conversion of the Falcon engine 6 cyl ( 4100cc ) 250ci engine.
I did nearly consider 3800cc Buick V6 conversion in a CF2 350 ( Bedford ) panelvan in the early 1990's out in the colonies of New Zealand 🇳🇿 😀

For the competitions, have you looked at sites like Raffall? Yes, they take a cut, but they look after the running of it all (including the legal side of it) for exactly this sort of thing

Hi you two brilliant old school all rounders,been watching you both avidly,love your channel,wandered if you could ansa me a question I have an lt 28 with a 95 bhp bbf engine ,and was wandering what meds I could do to get it to climb hills better,and stop struggling to overtake on motorways struggles to hold speed on inclines,any advice from the two masters would be greatly appreciated,please..

Hi do you have another camper cab you could use to moc your new engine into then when your happy just drop it into the camper.
Thought of you guys the other day when my Partner Tepee Outdoor decided to kill and injector on the A34 100 miles into 150 mile drive. RAC took me to an RAC approved garage for new injector, same day repair Labour £60 an hour. A pub lunch and back on the road again all sorted.

The old engine sounds like it'd be ideal for a narrowboat, good longevity, and not fast... :P

So the bloke who wanted the welding doing must have been watching you on time-lapse.

what i hated about the motor trade was for some reason it's called a service industry the public mistook that for servitude teachers, plumbers etc if I knew about cars I would fix it myself brigade. I would reply you came in condescending but leaving feeling inferior cos I could do your job but you admit to knowing nothing off you fook

Why put a common rail 611 engine in? Wouldn’t a 606 engine from an old Sprinter or 210 E class be better? The 606 is absolutely bullet proof.

Never undersell your work. You both have a talent that is slowly becoming more valuable,and let’s face it not many kids today want to get their hands dirty!
