Cursed sword is kinda cheeks imo, you can do so much damage end game it’s not worth the downside, like it’s strong but it’s not overly strong like some items

Damned Aspect+5 Boss Cells+Cursed Flask+Demonic Strength+Necromancy+Cursed Sword= IMMORTALITY AND ONE SHOT EVERYTHING

If you plan on going in the sewers then just use the modification of poison heals it's so much better in the sense you don't need to waste a flask charge in that hell hole of a level (assuming you already got the boss cell for that difficulty)
