I have a 2019 Ameri Lite 199DD. I have not been able to find any information on how to find the fresh water tank drain valve. Can you help?

I have yet to understand the reason for uninsulated low point drains on 4 season trailers. Even though the underbelly may be heated, the uninsulated low point drain would still freeze. Would not a low point valve in the trailer that feeds an uncapped drain be better? Same comment for the fresh water drain.
