Always hated the way the PAC 10 and then the PAC 12 treated their own teams. From a new BIG 10 fan it's truly GREAT to be here. In my opinion, Penn State lost this more than Oregon won it. Both Ds were not playing so good, but I expected more out of Oregon tonight. They gave up 292 rushing yards, getting two picks and only one sack. The Oregon D got pushed around, they weren't controlling the LOS to prevent big rushing plays. Penn made the more mistakes, with all those penalties and those two picks (yes, one was questionable, but the first one was embarrassing). For the #1 team in the country, Oregon's D didn't play like it was in the top 10 defences in the country. The Oregon Offence won this game. 292 rushing yards. 28 First Downs. 7/13 3rd Down conversions, and 2/2 4th Down conversions. But with five penalties for 65 yards and two picks, and only one sack given to them all game.

That doesn't bode well for Oregon going into the Playoffs. They can correct this, and they got three weeks to do it, but if they play like this against the likes of Tennessee, I'm predicting a loss for Oregon. Oregon's D needs to shape up, because this isn't like playing Washington, where they got 10 sacks.

In a year where there was NO OFFENSE what-so-ever-no QB of consequence and an offensive line that was more new than a pair of Dollar General shoes, Sherrone Moore STILL won 7 games, including a win against the number 2 team in the country. As Michigan’s first coach of color. I know that a lot of pride is flowing in your veins, considering your personal family history, RJ. I think that he’s going to be a very special coach. One of the best ever, considering that this is his first head coaching job and what he’s done so far. In the coming years, look out! That’s all I gotta say. So Penn State, Ohio Soft University, get used to chasing. Because Coach Moore done rode into town and he ain’t playing around! Go Blue.

As an Oregon fan I expected the Ducks to win 38-20. I am shocked that Penn State was able to put up 500 yards of offense and move the ball on Oregon in the second half. When it was 28-10 I was expecting the Ducks to win by 4 TD's. Penn State showed a lot of heart coming back and making this a game. They seemed like the more physical team tonight. Chop Stixs had 0 TFLs and 0 sacks. The difference in this game were the turnovers and the penalties for Penn State. The Oregon offense was also cooking and made them pay. I have some new found respect for Penn State after this game. To me, they are tougher to beat than Ohio State.

Wouldn’t say “DUMPS” is an accurate description of this game since the score differential came form a deflection turnover in the first half that lead to a ducks TD. That’s the only difference in this game… that didn’t sound like the “dumped” on anyone… click bait your title some more.

Check it out. When our D shows up we get it done. If our O shows up we get it done. Complimentary all season.

Unfortunately Oregon was built to beat the sec.

And we must prevail. Oregon is getting better every game and we realize every week is a super bowl.

It's never easy but Oregon can get it done.

Every game we played this year has had different challenges, with that said and the respect we give you all.

My Instant Reaction: Penn State Played well. Had the better O line and defense front. PSU's secondary was not able to keep up with Gabriel and his WR crew. PSU's secondary is the weakest part of their defense. Good game. PSU should have ran the ball more in the 1st. Ducks are solid but concerned that a good Georgia team might stuff them on the line with a better secondary. Not a guaranteed for the Ducks but go grab the Natty and rep the Big 10. Good luck Ducks. Allan is no Manny. PSU needs to keep it's coaches.

Oregon had to basically play this as a road game. Penn State fans outnumbered the Duck fans by at least 5-1. Not a “neutral” field, but the Ducks overcame the crowd. I’d rather see the Championship game be at the top seed home field.
