ОтветитьMy daily routine that helped me get glowing, spotless skin in a short amount of time:
- Begin with a glass of warm water on an empty stomach.
- Cleanse face with besan powder and rose water pack, then pat dry.
- Apply litttllextra rice berry vitamin c face serum and it will give glow and keeps face hydrated.
- In the evening, apply milk and turmeric mix on face, then wash off and use toner and aloe vera gel.
- Eat greens, fruits, nuts, seeds, and exercise 4–5 times a week or practice yoga.

ОтветитьBy googling it, I found: "Oysters and other shellfish , whole grains, beans, nuts, potatoes, and organ meats (kidneys, liver) are good sources of copper. Dark leafy greens, dried fruits such as prunes, cocoa, black pepper, and yeast are also sources of copper in the diet." Is that correct?
Let's say that I prefer eating nuts rather than liver and things like that 😅
Dr Berg, I use Mail Ultra core and it has Zinc as oxide 30mg. What mg would i need to balance in copper? If you could let me know that would help great! Thanks!

ОтветитьCopper supplement causes me severe joint inflamation the same way farm salmon and caffeine causes me joint inflamation, my perspective is completley opposite of benefits being claimed.

I heard this same thing about copper from a Thai massage therapist just the other day. I'm definitely going to eat more Shitake & Sesame! They go great together too! I wanted to add that Aloe Vera juice also contains copper!
