Maybe if WWE treated its talent better, they wouldn't have so much trouble holding on to their stars. Look at the number of former WWE wrestlers who are now signed to AEW, particularly the underutilized WWE wrestlers who are stars at AEW. Vince McMahon retiring was a massive step in the right direction for WWE, but the company still has a big problem with they way they treat their performers.

In the majority of cases, the male-female pay-gap stuff is overblown and usually easily disputed. However, with the athletes in WWE I am 100% with Lee on this: those women seem to work just as hard, don’t take extra days off, put their bodies on the line the same, etc. Pay should be based on their draw, just like the men.

Oh, and regarding Punk: Stephanie’s promos on him were awesome, he kind of deserved them, and after the recent news on him it seems he’s more often the problem than those around him.

from what i have heard as long as Vince has a say in the matter CM Punk will never return to WWE. Punk himself has tried to get back into WWE and Vince has blocked it. Even HHH has been open to Punk's return, but Vince wont allow it
