Seeing this fucking thing right after lighting the distant manor bonfire hurts

I-I killed greirat... I took all the wrong steps and now greirat is dead... It's all my fault for not knowing and now I'll find greirats corpse in a cold dark place that he had to die alone in and its my fault... I did this to him, I should've kept him at the shrine and not let him leave but I did, I thought he would be ok but I was wrong... I'm sorry...

Will completing onion boy's questline mess up Patches questline? This is quite a pickle. Hmmmmmm.......

In my gamplay, Patches don't apears in Cathedral, I dont know what happend

he died during my yhorm fight lol i tried to find the sword in my inventory, but i thiss got gear tho yhorm died just few seconds after onion boi

is there any other way to get his armor to throw down the well, i told him i sent the thief guy to the valley place and he got depressed and disappeared, i looked in the kitchen for him but still couldn’t find him and he’s still stuck in the well

There are three bridges, on bottom theres only 2 levers( first and third), do you need the one in the middle to be up?

Patches isnt spawning for me

He isn’t there on the ledge … after you roll off the lift. I killed the Demon and got nothing for it. Great.

Actually, if yhorm isnt the last of those bosses, u need to kill in order to trigger the dancer, u will see siegward falling on his back and dying :(

Man, I want to thank you. Uh, my very first play through. I did not know I could do any of that. Uhm. Yeah, it broke my heart to find Grarat dead and irathel of the Boreal Valley. So what I did couple weeks ago I decided you know what I would do a new game. I will save greirat. I must save my little buddy.'cause you know, I greirat a lot. He's really cool. So right now I'm just going around collecting souls so I can get the Catarina set for onion bro

I killed the old lady from the start of thee game and fought the dancer early so I was hoping that I would see siegwards final moment

but guess what

I WAS TELEPORTED AND WHAT ANNOYED ME THE MOST WAS THE FACT THAT THE OLD LADY WAS TALKING TO ME EVEN THOUGH SHE IS DEAD!!!

Note: The Distant Manor Bonfire will only softlock you if you go to or activate it mid-quest. I activated the bonfire before I got to the irithyll step so as long as you dont visit the bonfire you should be fine

I know this is late af but for any new players who may find this, that mage npc before you free Siegward drops Logans Scroll which is for Orbeck and grants you Soul Spear and Homing Soul Mass also lets you continue Orbecks questline and allows him to be summoned later for a boss fight

I fought Yorhm before this quest and then I dropped to armour to siegward and forgot to kill him in the cell to get the Catarina armor. Thankfully my mate said he would drop the armor for me.

Just thought I'd note that on the current patch, I went to the right through ithryall before ever talking to patches and I was able to complete the quest line still. Might mess it up if you rest at another ithryil bonfire idk.

I was too low of a level and let Siegward fight the demon by himself. Got it to 90% health before he got stuck on a wall and died. I landed the finishing blow on the demon in honor of him, and getting his souls just made it worse 😔

Actually why do I have to do all this just kill patchs and take everything for free

if you light that bonfire before throwing down the armor then it's fine and the quest won't fail

where tf is the "big chapel looking thing" ive been looking for this shit for about an hour now.

I killed Patches and got Siegward free... But I killed Yhorm before I freed him :( I didn't get cutscene

I have been through irithyll dungeon several times! Though to the profaned capital, the sun is up and I’m exhausted yet I see no such chapel thing within to free sigward….please help

Having to defeat bosses in a certain order i get it but the fact the Questline gets canceled by even lighting the wrong bonfire is ridiculous

Here to confirm that they updated the bug and the quest continues normally even if you lit the bonfire you are not supposed to. If patches doesn't spawn on the chapel, go to the tower with the key to be able to buy the armor and proceed

This guide is complete trash. You do not prefice what the player has to have done in order to get from point to point. You arbitrarily pick and choose which items you explain are necessary while others go completely unmentioned. I hate guides like this and i'll be ignoring your channel.

Its really annoying that if you get that bonfire before irithyl dungeon messes everything up. I did the rest of the quest without a guide, but because i did that, he didnt help with yhorm fight
