Ответить😊very balancing.
ОтветитьI loved this and your graphics helped so much! I also was drawn to the nature background scene behind, which is beautiful!!! Thank you so much from NY state, USA. I’m sharing this with friends! 🤍💫🙏🏻
ОтветитьWhy can't this be done in a lying position? 😢
ОтветитьLast exhalation should be out the left nostril
ОтветитьDoes one breathe during the switch? Meaning I inhale during the first count of three and continue inhaling after I’ve switched (it takes a split second to switch) and then exhale for five?
ОтветитьReally feeling calm after doing this meditation. Thanks for the video. God bless you
ОтветитьThank you. Started to do this in the mornings after yoga & really helps to calm me and feel I can take on the day ⭐💌
ОтветитьMy everyday morning meditation 🧘🏻♀️💭✨️
ОтветитьThanks for sharing this. So, if I am doing this correctly, I am inhaling for 3 counts and exhaling for 5. Correct? Or on the 3 counts where you switch, are you holding your breathe? Because it's not taking me 3 counts to block and switch nostrils.
ОтветитьVery confusing
ОтветитьThanks, do you have any exercises for opening the nostrils? I often find my airways are narrower and blocked in the mornings
